2. Delivery Terms and Timelines

2.2. Shipments are handled via registered express courier services with tracking provided for every package.
2.3. Regular orders are processed within 24 hours and delivered within 3 to 7 business days.
2.4. Preorder items require custom creation and are delivered within 14 to 21 business days.
3. Taxes and Customs Duties
3.1. All orders are shipped directly from our studio in Paris, France.
3.2. For orders within the European Union, no additional customs duties, taxes, or handling fees will be charged upon delivery.
3.3. For international orders outside the European Union, local import taxes, customs fees, or tariffs may be applied by your regional customs authority upon arrival and remain the responsibility of the recipient.
4. Return Eligibility and Policy
4.1. You may return eligible items purchased on elenaburenina.com within 14 days from the date of delivery.
4.2. In accordance with hygiene standards and luxury production rules, preorder items and fragrance products are final sale and strictly excluded from returns.
4.3. To qualify for a return, the item must be completely unused, unworn, unwashed, and free of any damage.
4.4. The item must show no traces of wear or cosmetic contact, including perfume scents, makeup stains, skin marks, scuffs, or fabric creases.
4.5. All original labels, designer tags, hygiene seals, proof of purchase receipt, and original packaging must be returned intact.
5. Return Instructions
5.1. Contact our customer support team at office@elenaburenina.com to declare your intent to return an item, specifying your order number.
5.2. Upon confirmation from our team, pack the item securely in its original packaging along with all tags and the receipt.
5.3. Send the parcel using a tracked shipping service of your choice at your own expense (including any applicable customs clearance fees) directly to our studio address in France:

5.4. Once your return arrives at our Paris studio and passes quality control inspection, your refund will be credited to your original payment method within 14 days.
