PREORDERS

WHAT IS A PREORDER?

A preorder gives you the opportunity to order an item that is not currently in stock to be made specifically for you. Please be informed that, after placing the pre-order, no quantity, size or colour changes are allowed. Pre-orders are not eligible for refunds or returns.

WHEN WILL MY PREORDER BE CHARGED?

We will charge the amount on your card when preorder is placed. Preorders are non-refundable.

WHEN WILL MY PREORDER BE SHIPPED?

You can check the estimated shipping date either on the product’s page or in your confirmation email. Please note that orders are processed automatically and the actual shipping date might vary.

SHIPPING

WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY TIMES AND COSTS?

We offer free deliveries on all our orders. There may be local taxes and duties for your order depending on the destination country. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS FOR ONLINE PURCHASES

You may return most items purchased on elenaburenina.com. Preorder items and fragrance items are excluded. Boutique return policies may differ.

Please follow these instructions:

1. Inform us at office@elenaburenina.com that you would like to return an item.
2. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. This means that item has no damage and traces of use (without perfume, make-up, skin marks, scuffs, creases, etc.) , including all original labels, tags and in the original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
3. Ship your parcel, with a shipping service of your choice and at your expense (customs duties included), within 14 days from the delivery date to our warehouse at the following address: Kyiv 03035 Ukraine, 37B, Vasylia Lypkivskoho Street.

Due to merchandising restrictions, all returns must be shipped from the same country they were purchased from.

Once your package reaches the warehouse, please allow 3 to 7 business days (depending on peak times) for your return to be processed.

If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you. When your return has been accepted, your refund will be issued and you will receive a confirmation e-mail.
