1. Preorders

1.1. What is a preorder?
A preorder gives you the opportunity to order an item that is not currently in stock to be made specifically for you. Please be informed that after placing the preorder, no quantity, size, or color changes are allowed. Preorders are not eligible for refunds or returns.

1.2. When will my preorder be charged?
We will charge the amount on your card when the preorder is placed. Preorders are non refundable.

1.3. When will my preorder be shipped?
You can check the estimated shipping date either on the product page or in your confirmation email. Preorder production and delivery usually take between 14 to 21 business days.

2. Shipping

2.1. What are the delivery times and costs?
We offer complimentary shipping on all orders. Regular orders are delivered within 3 to 7 business days.

2.2. Taxes and customs duties
For orders within the European Union, prices include local taxes. For international deliveries outside the European Union, local taxes and customs duties may apply depending on the destination country.

3. Returns and Exchanges

3.1. Return policy overview
You may return most items purchased on elenaburenina.com within 14 days from the delivery date. Preorder items and fragrance products are strictly excluded.

3.2. Return conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. The item must have no damage and no traces of use (without perfume, makeup, skin marks, scuffs, or creases), including all original labels, tags, and original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

3.3. Return instructions
1. Inform us at office@elenaburenina.com that you would like to return an item.
2. Ship your parcel with a tracked shipping service of your choice at your expense (customs duties included) within 14 days from the delivery date directly to our studio address:

3.4. Processing and refunds
Due to merchandising restrictions, all returns must be shipped from the same country they were delivered to. Once your package reaches our Paris studio, please allow 3 to 7 business days for your return to be processed. Once accepted, your refund will be issued to your original payment method and a confirmation email will be sent.
